ThatGuyInTheGutter is a well known, semi-active commenter on the Explosm website. As his name would suggest, he is allegedly a homeless man living in the gutters.
His first comment was on October 11, 2015, which read "When you realize all the new commentators aren't funny and The legendary ones give up due to spam and idk? Lack of potatoes?".
On occasion, he has claimed to be a veteran, but was discharged from his army due to unknown reasons.[1]
